PR PRO – PRIVACY POLICY

Loudon Point Ventures Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your information when you use the PR Pro iOS application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect
a. Data Used to Track You
We may collect the following categories of data that could be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies: Contact Information (for example, your email address or phone number), Identifiers (such as your user ID or device ID), and Usage Data (including metrics on how you interact with the App).

b. Data Linked to You
We also collect the following categories of data and link them to your identity when you use the App: Contact Information (your email address and name), Identifiers (your user ID and device ID), and Usage Data (information about the screens you visit, session timestamps, and feature interactions).

c. Detailed Data Types
We collect the following specific categories of personal information:

Name: Linked to your identity; used for App functionality and analytics.
Email Address: Linked to your identity; used for App functionality, analytics, product personalization, and tracking.
Phone Number: Linked to your identity; used for product personalization.
Other User Contact Information you provide: Linked to your identity; used for App functionality, product personalization, and analytics.
User ID: Linked to your identity; used for analytics, product personalization, and tracking.
Device ID: Linked to your identity; used for App functionality, product personalization, and analytics.
Product Interaction Data (e.g., which screens you view, features you use): Linked to your identity; used for App functionality, product personalization, analytics, and tracking.

d. No Sensitive or Precise Location Data
We do not collect GPS or other precise location coordinates, nor do we access your contacts, calendars, photos, or camera.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to provide, maintain, and improve App features and performance; personalize your in-App experience and tailor content or suggestions; communicate important notices, updates, and respond to support inquiries; analyze usage patterns and detect issues (such as crash reports and error logs); and comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights and users’ safety.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only with (i) service providers who perform functions on our behalf—such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or email delivery—under strict confidentiality agreements; (ii) legal authorities to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or government requests; (iii) parties necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public; and (iv) affiliates or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information is transferred.

4. Your Rights & Choices
You control your personal information. You may delete your account at any time via the App (Settings → Delete Account), which will remove your personal data from our active systems except where retention is required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data under applicable laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) by emailing team@proproapp.com. You may opt out of future marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us. Uninstalling the App stops further data collection.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and disclose, request deletion of your personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at team@proproapp.com.

6. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Submit GDPR requests to team@proproapp.com.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described, or as required by law. After account deletion, we may retain aggregated or anonymized data for analytics.

8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as encryption in transit, secure access controls, and regular security reviews—to protect your information. However, no security system is completely impenetrable.

9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you learn that a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact team@proproapp.com so we can delete it.

10. Third-Party Links & Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party SDKs. Those parties have their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review their terms before using their services.

11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information across borders under applicable data protection laws.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new features. We will post the updated policy in the App and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
